1. CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

  1. Following a discussion of the clients’ needs, a contract for services will be prepared for the client, representing the agreed support package and the extent and boundaries of services to be provided. 

  2. This will form the basis upon which we will proceed and will include details of fees, terms and methods of payment, expectations of both parties, cancellations & refunds, data protection, inclusivity and liability. 

  3. Further details specific to Meditation, Hypnobirthing, Hypnotherapy or Doula Services may be also be included where relevant.

  1. The client agrees that we shall hold their details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the GDPR Act 2018, has the right to view, amend or delete their individual file by giving not less than seven days' written notice. 

  2. Client’s personal data will be treated with the utmost care and keep only relevant information to process a booking. This information will not be sold to a 3rd party.

 

6. LIABILITY

We do not accept any liability in case of illness, accident, loss or damage to personal effects or property at any time.
